Castaway's 20 strong youth group brings together disabled and non disabled young people (8 -19) who also perform locally, creating their own shows and taking all roles from directing, choreography and lighting to acting, singing, dancing or playing in the band.
Shipmates meet at The Gate Theatre, Dunhill Road, Goole on Mondays as an after school club from 4.30pm - 6.30pm although people are able to arrive from 3.30pm onwards. It costs £2.00 to be a member and £1.00 per week.
Shipmates have recently been involved in a film making project 'Shipmates on Camera'.
