ABOUT THE EVENT
As part of the IAM project Castaway has an external youth theatre workshop coming to the building on December 15th 6-8pm.
It's being run by a company called Next Door But One who is using the theme of 'The Firework Maker's Daughter' by Phillip Pullman. Places are limited to a maximum of 20 so if you are interested please book by getting in touch with either the office to book a place that would be fantastic. (not exclusively limited to those with an interest in theatre as there are music and craft elements too.)
"Next Door But One have just toured their sell out new show of The Firework-Maker's Daughter around York. Based on Philip Pullman’s novel, the story follows Lila's voyage across lakes and over mountains, facing her biggest fears and learning everything she needs to know to become the person she has always wanted to be.
