Castaway Sing at 0-25 SEND Team Pop-up Pod

Castaway Sing have been invited to perform as part of the 0 - 25 SEND team's Pop-up Pod event in Goole. Also in attendance will be members from East Yorkshire Parent Carer Forum (EYPCF), SENDIAS and the 0-25 Team themselves. Castaway's community choir will be performing a small slection from their repertoire of songs both new and old.

Are you wanting to know more information about how the 0-25 SEND Team can provide advice/information to families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities within the East Riding?

Come along to one of the pop-up pods to meet members of the 0-25 SEND Team and to access information including the following:

• Support groups and services
• Charities and grants
• Local activities
• Preparing for Adulthood (PFA)
• Assistance on how to access FISH and the Local Offer
• Signposting to local organisations.

There is no need to book – please just turn up at one of our upcoming sessions.
