ABOUT THE EVENT
The meeting will cover the following subjects:
- How to update the What’s On section of the website and use it on social media to promote each event.
- Managing Events incorporating zoom invitations
- Blog / News posts sharing on social media
- Youtube and managing content shown on the website
- Social posts - getting the most for our website can save time creating the same post several times over. Techniques to improve what we do (using video and animation)
If we have time, (we could schedule this for another time)
- Discuss which sections of the website are likely to require updating.
I could do with a list of people with their email addresses, outlining what their roles are likely to be in keeping the website up to date.
Anything you think relevant, add to the list and we can take look at when/if we can do incorporate this time. But looking at this list, we are going to be possibly 2 hours.
